Conference and meeting rooms

The National Museum of Denmark has several rooms available for rent both for parties, receptions, concerts, meetings and conferences. We are more than happy to open the museum for guests outside our normal hours Tuesday-Sunday 10-17 and this is possible both mornings and evenings.

The National Museum is naturally pleased to open one of our exhibits during a meeting or conference or during welcome drink before dinner. This is free of charge in our permanent exhibits.

Guests can party as late as 04am.

The museum is one of Copenhagen’s most unusual locations for meetings, seminars and conferences. From the small intimate meeting with a few participants to lectures and panel discussions for large groups.

There is no minimum number of participants for meetings during opening hours.

We have the latest AV equipment and trained AV technicians are available. There is free wireless internet in all rooms.

All meeting rooms can be rented within and outside opening hours, with or without catering.
