Please list the name of the school, the year of the class, number of pupils, date and time for the desired course when you are booking. The Danish War Museum’s selection of courses is directed towards the eldest day-care children, primary school and secondary school.

You are also welcome to visit the museum by yourselves during our opening hours, but we recommend that you book a time slot in advance. This way you will be sure that there is enough room for you, so you don’t try to visit us in vain.

The Danish War Museum have different courses for primary school, among others about war and chronology, king Christian IV, war journalists and Afghanistan.

Secondary school

Secondary school

For the pupils of secondary schools, the Danish War Museum can offer courses about the Danish soldiers’ everyday lives and dilemmas in Afghanistan and also a course about war journalism, where pupils will touch upon why a country enters a war and how war stories are told in the news.
