Chatbot

The National Museum in Copenhagen got a new digital assistant to help and guide our guests before and during the visit to the museum. The chatbot is able to answer questions about everything from opening hours to luggage boxes or current exhibitions. It is also able to take you on a guided tour around the museum - for example, try the Highlight Tour, where the bot guides you to the objects that you cannot miss at the museum. It will tell you secret stories about the pieces and exhibitions. You find the chat function on your phone via the website or via a QR code that you get handed out at the museum; It is the little speech bubble that pops up in the lower right hand corner of the web page.

Push this icon in your browser to launch the chatbot. It's placed in the right hand corner of your screen.

The idea for the chatbot is the result of a vision to make the National Museum a more open, communicative and outgoing museum. The agency BotSupply has been responsible for behavioral analysis, development and technical implementation, and the project is financed by Tourism + Culture Lab from Wonderful Copenhagen with funding from the Capital Region of Denmark.
