On behalf of the National Museum, Marie Louise Bode Blyme works as a consultant for the Ministry of Ecclesiastical Affairs. I work on cases regarding church renovations and/or restorations where the main goal is to help preserve all the historical and cultural values in the Danish churches. A big part of the job is to help and guide the local church councils and authorities to finding the best possible solutions in the preservation and use of their church. As a consultant she therefore often travel around the country to meet the locals and discuss plans for renovations and restorations.
