Martin Appelt is a senior researcher among other working with Arctic history and prehistory. He has a Ph.D. in archeology and more than 30 years of fieldwork experience, especially in Greenland. He is museum curator for the National Museum of Denmark’s northern ethnographic collections, which among others includes objects, archival records, drawings, photos and much more from across various parts of Sapmí, Greenland, Canada, Alaska, and Siberia.
