Yvonne Shashoua researches into degradation and conservation of plastic objects and artworks. She is a partner in MarinePlastic, a cross-disciplinary research center established in 2018 and sponsored by the Velux Fund where she transfers her experience of degradation of plastic in museum objects to plastic pollution in the environment.
