The main exhibition is located in the main watchtower and the former prisoners' barracks H4. The exhibition highlights the most important facets of the camp's history 1944-45. In the mainwatchtower, the exhibition covers the political background to the establishment of the Frøslev camp, the building history, the German surveillance and management of the camp and the work of the Danish prison system in the camp.
