Experience culinary delights at the charming restaurant Brede Spisehus, which was originally the eating house for the factory workers.  Try our Danish-French cuisine while you enjoy a romantic view over the lake.

You are welcome to bring a picnic basket or lunch bag with you to ’the factory in the countryside’. Just sit down on the large lawn in the park, at tables and benches in the cosy sluice building or indoors, in the museum’s coffee lounge or orangery.
